Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Canceling and Rescheduling Appointments
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy to ensure that appointments are managed properly and our professionals’ time is respected.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You can do this through our online booking system or by contacting us directly by phone or email.
- Reservation Deposit: When you confirm your appointment, a deposit equal to 15% of the total cost of the service is required to secure your reservation. This amount is held at the time of booking as a guarantee of your commitment to the scheduled appointment at our beauty salon.
- Importance of the Deposit:
- Guaranteed Reservation: By paying 15% of the service fee in advance, we secure your spot on our schedule and guarantee that the professional will be available for you at the agreed-upon date and time.
- Refunds for Early Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, your booking deposit will be fully refunded. This refund will be issued via the same payment method used within a maximum of 7 business days.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, your booking deposit will not be refunded. This policy is necessary to compensate for the time set aside for your appointment, which cannot be reallocated to another client on such short notice.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit 100% of your booking deposit. However, if the lash technician has an available slot on the same day and your no-show was due to an unforeseen circumstance beyond your control, you may use the reservation to reschedule. To do so, you must contact the lash technician directly to arrange the rescheduling, which is subject to the technician’s approval.
2. Refunds for Services Rendered
- Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please let us know right away so we can resolve any issues immediately.
- Post-Service Refunds: Services rendered are non-refundable, but we are committed to offering you a solution, either by correcting the service or issuing a discount voucher for a future visit, depending on the circumstances.
3. Exceptions
- Force Majeure: In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or force majeure events, we reserve the right to make exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy, at our discretion.
4. Complaints
- Procedure: If you wish to file a complaint regarding our cancellation policy, refunds, or the service you received, you may do so in writing by sending an email to support@lashesoriginal.com. We promise to respond within 7 business days.
5. Governing Law
- Legal Notice: This policy complies with current Spanish law, including the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other relevant laws. Any dispute arising in connection with the cancellation and refund policy will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
