At Lashes Original, we pride ourselves on offering the highest-quality products and ensuring our customers' satisfaction. For this reason, all our eyelash extensions are covered by a 5-day warranty, subject to the following conditions:
- Warranty Coverage:
- The warranty covers any issues related to the application of the eyelashes, such as premature shedding of the extensions or adhesion problems that are not the result of misuse or improper care on the part of the client.
- The warranty does not cover situations in which the eyelashes have been exposed to non-recommended chemicals, excessive use of makeup, or any handling that does not follow the care instructions provided during the appointment.
- Validity Period:
- The warranty is valid for 5 calendar days from the date of the initial eyelash extension application.
- Warranty Claim Process:

- During the warranty service visit, we will assess the situation and, if necessary, make the necessary adjustments at no additional cost.
- Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence or misuse of the extensions, such as rubbing your eyes, sleeping in a way that causes friction on the eyelashes, or failing to follow the care instructions.
- No free adjustments will be made after 5 days, and any subsequent touch-ups or maintenance will be treated as a standard service.
- Care Instructions:
- Avoid getting your eyelashes wet for the first 24 hours.
- Do not use oily products on or around your eyes.
- Gently brush your eyelashes with a clean, dry brush.
- Avoid rubbing, pulling, or touching your eyelash extensions.
