Lashes Original Terms of Service

The following terms of service (these “Terms of Service”) govern your access to and use of the Lashes Original website and mobile app, including any content, features, and services offered on or through www.lashesoriginal.com (the “Site”) by Natiya Media LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA (hereinafter “Lashes Original,” “we,” or “us”). The terms “you” or “user” refer to you as a user of the Site.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before you start using the Site. By using the Site, opening an account, or clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is available, you accept and agree, on your own behalf or on behalf of your employer or other entity (if applicable), to comply with and abide by these Terms of Service, the Lashes Original Payment Terms, and any other terms, conditions, policies, guidelines, and disclosures included in the product (collectively, the “Terms”), which are incorporated herein by reference. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.

1. Representations and Warranties
This Site is offered and available to users who are at least 18 years of age and of legal age to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18 but at least 13 years of age, you may only use the Site through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not permitted to use the Site or the services of Lashes Original.
The Site is available only to users who are not subject to economic sanctions or trade restrictions imposed by the United States, the European Union, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements listed above. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.
2. Key Terms
Customers, Subscribers, or Students: Users who purchase or reserve services at www.lashesoriginal.com.
Discount Coupons: Exclusive discounts offered by Lashes Original to reward users of its online booking service.
Services: Appointments, content, tutorials, or other services offered by Lashes Original.
Sellers or Tutors: Users who offer and provide services on Lashes Original.
Shopping Page: Where users can purchase products or services created or managed by Lashes Original.
Booking Page: Where users can book appointments or place orders with professionals, vendors, or tutors.
Orders: Formal agreements between a customer and a seller.
Original Pro: A platform where professionals, agents, salespeople, and lash artists complete the onboarding process to receive payments and manage appointments and bookings.
3. Overview (Key Terms)
Account Registration: Only registered users can buy and sell on Lashes Original. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and to keep it up to date.
Pricing: Sellers set their own prices. Lashes Original may establish a minimum base price in certain categories.
Payments: Customers pay in advance through Lashes Original. See Payment Terms.
Order Fulfillment: Sellers must fulfill their orders without regularly canceling them or without just cause.
4. Transfer of Rights
Unless otherwise specified, Clients receive full rights to the delivered work upon payment, subject to any agreed-upon commercial use licenses.
Natiya Media LLC acts as a digital intermediary and does not provide physical services or participate directly in the performance of the services offered by Sellers. All agreements are made between Customers and registered Sellers.
5. Informed Consent and Associated Risks
When you book or purchase services through Lashes Original, you acknowledge the potential risks associated with cosmetic procedures, such as eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts, tinting, laminating, or waxing. These procedures may cause irritation, conjunctivitis, or other reactions. In the event of adverse effects, it is your responsibility to seek medical attention.
You also acknowledge that improper aftercare may reduce the duration or quality of the treatment. Natiya Media LLC is not responsible for the results or complications arising from services provided by third parties.
6. 5-Day Guarantee
We offer a 5-day limited warranty on eyelash extensions, subject to the following conditions:
- Coverage: Application issues such as premature peeling or poor adhesion, provided they are not due to misuse.
- Validity: 5 calendar days from the date of application.
- Claim: Schedule an appointment within the specified timeframe using the link provided. Your claim will be reviewed, and if applicable, adjustments will be made at no cost.
- Exclusions: Damage caused by rubbing the eyes, exposure to non-recommended products, etc.
- Recommended care: Do not get your eyelashes wet for the first 24 hours; avoid oily products; do not rub or touch them.
By using our services, you agree to these terms.
7. Cancellation, Changes, and Refunds
7.1 Appointment Cancellations and Changes
No-Penalty Period: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit the reservation fee paid.
Reservation Fee: To secure your appointment, a reservation fee equivalent to 15% of the total service cost is required (percentage subject to change depending on the service). This fee is non-refundable if the
24-hour notice requirement is not met.
Exceptions: In justified cases, the Seller, Agent, or Lash Artist may allow rescheduling without penalty.
Delays: If the client arrives 15 minutes or more late, the service will be provided only until the end time specified in the reservation, with no extensions
or adjustments to the duration.
A reduction in the available time may result in the treatment being partially performed or unable to be completed, which does not entitle the client to a refund, compensation, or claim
on her part.
7.2 Refunds for ServicesRendered
Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the results, please let us know immediately so we can assess whether a correction is possible or offer a discount on a future appointment.
7.3 Force Majeure
In cases of emergency or force majeure, Lashes Original and its Sellers reserve the right to make exceptions to these policies.
7.4 Payment Methods and Acceptance of Terms
Payment for a reservation or the full service, whether made through the Lashes Original website or via third-party links such as Stripe, implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service. Using an external payment channel
does not exempt the user from complying with the conditions set forth herein, including the cancellation, modification, and refund policies.
7.5 Arrival and Makeup Removal Requirements
To ensure the proper provision of the service, the customer agrees to:
- You must arrive without eye makeup:
If you are wearing makeup on the area to be treated, please arrive well in advance (at least 10–15 minutes is recommended).
- The client may remove her own makeup at the salon using the products provided by Lashes Original.
It is understood that the time spent on this process is included in the total time reserved for the appointment.
In any case, the service will end at the scheduled time without any extensions.
Therefore, if the makeup removal process—whether performed by the client or by our specialists—takes up part of the allotted time, the actual duration of the treatment may be shortened, and the treatment may even remain incomplete.
3. Arriving at your appointment with makeup on the treatment area will void your post-service warranty, as makeup can interfere with the treatment’s effectiveness.
The customer understands and agrees that this reduction in time or the inability to complete the service does not entitle her to a refund, compensation, or a claim
8. Special Terms and Conditions for Discounted Models and Services
If you receive services as a model or at a reduced rate:
- Confidentiality: You may not disclose confidential information.
- Publication: Requires prior approval from Lashes Original.
- Image rights: You agree that any photos taken may be used in advertising if you have given your consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Use of the Site is at your own risk. Natiya Media LLC is not liable for technical failures, indirect damages, or breaches by Sellers. We act solely as digital intermediaries.
10. Compensation
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natiya Media LLC from any claims or losses arising from:
- Your use of the Site.
- Your failure to comply with these Terms.
- Infringement of third-party rights.
- Damages caused by your content or services.
