Welcome to www.lashesoriginal.com. These terms and conditions govern the use of the website and the appointment booking services offered by Lashes Original. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, we recommend that you do not use our services.
1. Definitions
Lashes Original: The owner and operator of the website

User/Lash Artist: A person who accesses and uses Original Pro to provide services.
Client: A person who books an appointment through the website.
Services: Eyelash application and maintenance services offered by Lashes Original.
Original Pro: The suite of software systems that enable online bookings, payments, registrations, and automations.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Lashes Original and the Customer regarding the booking of appointments and the provision of eyelash services.
3. Access to and Use of the Website
3.1. Access to the website is free of charge, but certain services may require prior registration and payment.
3.2. The User/Specialist agrees to use the website appropriately and not to use it for activities that are illegal or contrary to the law and public decency.
4. User Registration and Account
4.1. To make a reservation, the User must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
4.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
5. Appointment Scheduling
5.1. The Customer may book appointments through the website by selecting the date, time, and type of service.
5.2. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the selected lash artist.
5.3. The Customer will receive a booking confirmation via email.
6. Cancellations and Changes
6.1. The Customer may cancel or modify a reservation at least 24 hours in advance without losing the reservation fee or with the option of a free rescheduling.
6.2. The lash artist may cancel or modify a reservation at least 24 hours in advance; after that period, the cancellation or modification will result in a penalty applied to the lash artist’s future deposits, equivalent to the compensation value of the cancellation or modification made.
6.3. A lash artist who receives a rescheduled appointment from another lash artist, as well as a guarantee, will receive full payment or the corresponding percentage for the service provided.
6.4. Lashes Original reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment for valid reasons, notifying the Client as far in advance as possible.
7. Prices and Payments
7.1. Service prices are set by Lashes Original, are listed on the website, and are subject to change without notice.
7.2. Payment for reservations can be made online using the payment methods accepted by Lashes Original. During the reservation process, 15% of the total service cost will be charged to the customer to secure the reservation, while only 10% of the total service cost will be retained by Lashes Original to cover royalty fees, administration, and marketing expenses.
7.3. The lash artist must link their bank account during the onboarding process. Once the account is linked, payment for each service performed will be transferred directly to their bank, minus the applicable commission. Lashes Original will hold payments for a period of 7 days from the date of the appointment as a guarantee of the customer’s purchase, in order to effectively address any issues or returns that may arise. After this period, payments will be automatically released to the lash artist.
7.4. Account adjustments will be made based on the reservations managed through the online platform. This includes any reservations made through other channels (by phone or in person) but that have been recorded on the platform, ensuring that all commissions are charged in accordance with the terms and conditions.
7.5. Lashists are strictly prohibited from offering any services that are not offered or listed through Original PRO. All services must be managed exclusively through the platform, and any violation of this rule will result in penalties or legal action, depending on the severity of the violation.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. The collection and processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. The Customer consents to the use of their personal data for the management of reservations and the provision of services.
9. Liability
9.1. Lashes Original shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of the website or the inability to use it.
9.2. Lashes Original does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the website.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Lashes Original and is protected by intellectual property laws.
10.2. The User is not authorized to reproduce, distribute, or publicly communicate the content without the express consent of Lashes Original.
11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
11.1. Lashes Original reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
11.2. Any modifications will take effect upon their publication on the website.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Mexico.
12.2. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.
13. Terms and Conditions for Registered Users of Original Pro
13.1. Responsibility for Data Privacy
13.1.1. Each user registered with Original Pro is responsible for maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of the data obtained in the course of their professional activities on the platform.
13.1.2. Original Pro users agree not to use such data outside the scope of the platform.
13.2. Exclusive Use of the Platform
13.2.1. All communications between Original Pro users and clients must take place exclusively through the platform

13.2.2. It is prohibited to actively offer or promote services related to the platform’s activities outside the platform.
13.3. Collaborations and Promotions
13.3.1. Lash Artists who use Original Pro may only accept collaboration appointments that have been previously agreed upon with the client as their regular lash artist; if the appointment is not honored without prior notice within the preceding 24 hours, the “

13.3.2. Lash Artists using Original Pro agree to accept promotional services with the priority of filling open slots in their schedule.
13.4. Brand Value
13.4.1. All Original PRO users commit to the proper use of the brand and services, as well as to representing its value, prioritizing protocols for proper client relations and satisfaction.
13.4.2. Repeated failure to comply with the preceding section, particularly with regard to the improper use of the trademark or the violation of established protocols, may result in penalties. These penalties include, but are not limited to:
- Permanent cancellation of the Original PRO service.
- Withholding of any outstanding principal.
Legal action to protect the brand's reputation and interests.
13.5. Supplies and Materials.
13.5.1. All Active Users are required to purchase Supplies and Materials exclusively from the “
OriginalSupplies”store
13.5.2. Owners have the obligation and the right to adjust the benefits of each lash artist in order to request the necessary supplies and materials for all users operating at their center.
13.5.3. Repeated failure to comply with the preceding points may result in penalties equal to those established in “
13.4. BrandValue“
14. Right to Restrict Use
- The Lashes Original brand or its authorized administrators reserve the right to restrict access to users who do not comply with the Original Pro Terms of Use. This restriction may include account deactivation,
as well as revocation of the license granting access to Original Pro and Original Academy.
If an account is deactivated due to a serious violation or multiple minor violations, Lashes Original will retain the earnings generated in the 30 days prior to the account deactivation. This freeze on earnings will be used to cover any expenses and refunds incurred by the Original PRO user. Once these costs have been covered, any remaining funds, if any, will be released in accordance with Lashes Original’s applicable terms and the conditions of the deactivated account.
